The Sage’s Journey
This is the path that every female entrepreneur will walk as you build and grow your business. Each phase requires something different from you, your team, and how you lead. As you progress along your journey, you step further into your role as Sage.
Where are you along your journey?
That depends on what core question you are trying to answer. Knowing where you are along your journey helps you understand what resources to invest in, what skills you should work on, and where you are going next.
How do I?
This is where the founder’s journey begins – the solopreneur phase. It’s all about you and your ability to figure things out.
If this is you, then the Leadership is Feminine Podcast is your next step.

How do I?
AKA: The Scrappy Entrepreneur
Your business is new. You’re wearing all the hats as you work to build a strong foundation for your business. This phase is fuelled by pure determination and resourcefulness. You’re navigating new terrain largely on your own, finding support through mentors, coaches, and communities.
You are the one answering all the questions. You’re the one figuring it all out.
Your main focus:
- Developing your business model
- Generating revenue streams
- Hustling to create processes and systems that work
- Gaining confidence in your ability to succeed
While I don’t work directly with clients at this stage, the Leadership is Feminine Podcast is a great place to begin learning about your journey so you can prevent challenges rather than get stuck by them.

How do We?
AKA: The Entrepreneur With a Growing Team
You can no longer do it all alone. It’s time to build a team to help you deliver results to your clients. This is where you cut your teeth as a leader, learning to communicate effectively, set expectations, and nurture talent.
Your main focus:
- Hiring and onboarding the right team members
- Establishing replicable processes and systems
- Learning to delegate and hold others accountable
- Leading others to achieve your business goals
This is the phase where I meet women in the Lead for Women program.
Helping women handle the people part of their business, Lead for Women is a leadership program that’s part mindset shift and part practical processes so your business has a solid team and process foundation on which to build.

How do They?
AKA: The Visionary Developing New Leaders
You’re ready to step back and let others handle daily operations. The business is no longer dependent on your decision-making or day-to-day work. It’s time to nurture the leaders who will take over in your stead.
Your main focus:
- Hiring and nurturing leaders who align with your vision and philosophy
- Transitioning from being the primary executor to guiding the strategy collaboratively
- Ensuring leaders understand the nuances of working in a founder-led business
- Allowing the business ecosystem to thrive while focusing on your highest contribution
This is where Sage’s Roundtable meets women.
Sage’s Roundtable is a program designed to help founders develop leaders and management levels in their businesses so that they can carry the vision, freeing up the founder for other activities of her choosing.
Why ‘Sage’?
The women I work with every day are known for what they do and what they’ve accomplished.
They are recognized in their industries as experts, mentors, and advisors.
Some may call themselves experts or change-makers, but I call them Sages. They are holders of knowledge and ultimately, wisdom.
A Sage is defined as, one distinguished for wisdom, or having, showing, or indicating profound wisdom.
But the Sage is defined by more than just her wisdom.
Sages share knowledge, and in doing so, they lift others through that knowledge.

The Sage’s Journey follows the growth and sharing of knowledge women founders go through as they build their businesses and lives.
It goes like this…
▶ You start by learning for yourself (how do I?)
▶ Begin to pass that knowledge to your team members and clients (how do we?)
▶ End by developing that wisdom in others so they can pass it along on your behalf (how do they?)
As women walk the Sage’s Journey,
they change the world.

Watching the evolution of so many female entrepreneurs who burst into the world with an idea, build a business, and through that business improve the lives of their team and their clients is why I do what I do. It is through your own transformation from doer to leader that you elevate your vision and change the world as a result.
I am honored to walk beside them on that journey.
Welcome to your journey,
